Shopping Cart is Empty message after adding to cart - only in Internet Explorer

We created a webshop for a client using OS Commerce – and it has been working fine up until a couple of weeks ago.

Now... when we ‘add to cart’ ..the cart says it is empty.

This only happens in Internet Explorer... it is fine in Mozilla... is there something that we need to edit... or do we need to do something different with IE.

I have reduced all of the IE settings to low and updated Flash. – no results...

www.xmatherapy.com.au is the site.

As I am a complete novice - I would really appreciate any help.

These two statements are an oxymoron !!!!

You SHOULD NOT be offering professional services if you DO NOT know the product you are selling !

Having said that, about 2 months ago MS released an update for IE which changed how it handled the code for some POORLY coded templates. This was especially true for TM templates. I suggest you change the code for your buttons to meet the new standards required by the updated IE.

More often than not the "always empty cart" is caused by incorrect cookie settings in the config file.

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
