Missing transaction at pre-order's details

Hi All,

Warning! I am new here and new to ecommerce and oscommerce

I currently just take over an ecommmerce website from previous developer. Basically this website is working great but last week, the client reports that a transaction is missing from customer pre-order's details list. When i check on database, the transaction is still there. I checked on the customer order's - total specifically on that date and it is still there. So, I want to know why this happen and can it be restored?

Thank you

If the order is listed in the database, IT WILL be listed in the orders section of the admin area. A DEFAULT installation queries the orders table and displays all information listed.

Hi Chris,

Yes, when it listed in database it will be listed in orders section. So that's why i'm curios why the latest transaction is missing from order list while it is still listed in database. Just one transaction is missing. The other transaction is listed there as in database. Is there a possibility that the transaction is deleted from orders' list? I also checked the customer's list order at customer details and his record shows no transaction made on that date but when i checked the Reports > Customer Orders-Total by specifically search by date at 28th April, the record that he made the transaction is there. Any suggestion why and how to solve it?

Thank you

addition:

When i checked the customer order's, it will list out all orders that he made but the transaction on 28th is missing. But when i search by Order Id (i got it from database) which is 112, the customers' pre-order details is there.
