Hi - I have a shop that us using oscommerce online merchant v 2.3. I use quickpay.dk as gateway.


Normally all transactions go smoothly through and all is well. From some machines I and some customers do get messages similar to this:




Message Error Detected


An unrecoverable message error has been detected with the following information:


Integrity test failed!


Your md5check: eeefd1321153bd178df8d18932437e2e

The md5check ensures data integrity. Please refer to your merchant

documentation for more information


Please correct the problem and re-submit.



I really dont know where to start looking for what is wrong so I would appreciate very much if anyone could help me in the right direction for what I have done wrong.


I have contacted quickpay.dk and the developer of the quichpay module but they do not know what the error is.

That means your payment gateway MD5 code does not match the one your payment processor has on file.....OR.....the session was lost during the transaction process. You should check with your payment gateway provider.
