audioproman Posted April 19, 2012 Posted April 19, 2012 HELP PLEASE as I am pulling my hair out over this. Would really like someone to offer advise PLEASE. I had this contribution estimated_shipping.php v1.0 (by Wheel of Tiime) added to my OSC site a few years back and it has never worked properly. The problem is that it doen't add VAT to the delivery price. I have been into every part of the backend of the OSC zones taxes countries etc to see if one of those setting wasn't set correctly but they seem to be set correctly reason I say this is that the delivery price on the confirmation page does have the VAT added to it. Hope someone out there has used the contribution and knows a fix. Best Regards Stu Quote

I don't have the original files either so it not a case of dropping in the old files and starting again. Just wish I could sort this ASAP. it's rather putting me off OSC Anyone else got any suggestions? PLEASE :blush: Quote
audioproman Posted April 25, 2012 Author Posted April 25, 2012 Thanks for the help and suggrestions. It seems that this contribution doesn't do VAT. It a real shame that no body seems to have used the contribution I had installed and that my programer at the time back in 2009 when it was added to my site could not be bothered to check that it was working correctly passed it off as his own as well, I only know that it wasn't his after looking at the files and it having'wheels of time in it'. You would think a professional with over 16 years in the business (2009) would test it wouldn't you? All I will say to anyone considering OSC get a programmer that you can trust and doesn't give themselves a 50% pay rise over night without telling you in advance before doing work for you. This is why he does no more programming for me and I now. Quote
