Aside from transferring all the files, what configuring has to be done? Is there a way to transfer files without downloading them all first? Guest Posted March 24, 2003 Share Posted March 24, 2003 To change hosts, copy all of your files onto your harddrive and don't forget the database. When you get a new host simply upload everything and make any neccessary changes to the admin & catalog /includes/configure.php The most like changes are to the root directory and the dB server connection settings, though others could also change depending on the new server set up.
