ALTER TABLE `products_description` CHANGE `products_name` `products_name` VARCHAR( 128 ) CHARACTER SET latin1 COLLATE latin1_swedish_ci NULL DEFAULT NULL

Through SQL in phpMyAdmin

Or most offer a visual interface to do it.

That is an SQL statement so you'd use phpMyAdmin to access your database (assuming your host offers this) then select the correct database hit the SQL tab and run the command alter it for length as needed ...

IE varchar(128) is saying 128 characters could change it to varchar (200) or whatever...

As far as the visual aspect of it, if you have phpMyAdmin then you can also click on the database, select the table, then select check the column name (products_name) and hit edit and that should open up a way to change input a length value.
