usps module not working? or am i setting it up wrong?

i enabled the usps module, and it tells me to goto http://www.uspsprioritymail.com/et_regcert.html to register...which doesnt go anywhere for me. so i went to usps.com and registered there and put the info int he module settings and it just says

An error occured with the USPS shipping calculations.

If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.

 

am i suppose to do something special to make this work?

The link is bad. I just caught that today and fixed it in one of my mods.
