Orders not updating - help!

My osCommerce shopping cart is v2.3.1


I've added CCBill to my payment module and have configured osCommerce and CCBill according to all the supplied documentation by osCommerce and CCBill.


The payments are going through CCBill fine. The charges are getting charged to the test credit cards through CCBill fine.


The problem is that the orders are not updating in the Customer Orders and Orders Placed and the shopping cart is not clearing the orders.


Please help!


PS i'm not a programmer but I can hire one.

Did you use this CCBill contribution ?



If you did, you will notice it was written for v2.2, NOT v2.3.1. There are database differences in v2.3.1 that may be effecting how the data is written during the checkout process. I suggest checking the code to ensure the database variables are correct.

Hi Chris, thank you for your response.


I suppose it is best if I hire a programmer to look at the CCBill versus the osCommerce code? If so, do you have any suggestions as to what skills the programmer should have?
