When you click on it, it says add your information here or something like that. However, I can't figure out how to add information there on the admin side so my customers can no my return policy. Can anyone help me out?

Ill help you this time and then you can learn from it hopefully: Look for the file catalog/includes/languages/english/modules/boxes/bm_information.php
