option type feature with Loaded

i have tried to install the contrib option_type_feature_v1.4 with the latest Loaded 5. Unfortunately when I goto catalog/default.php i got the following error, and I dont have a clue!

Also when i went to the admin/products_attributes.php page i got this error

If someone could point me in the right direction or has this installed already with the latest loaded. Let me know!
