Problems with USPS International Rates Only

Hi,

 

I have been having problems for a few months on my old osCommerce site with USPS International rates. Domestic rates pull just fine, but International seem to error out and return a reply to contact the store owner.

 

Please keep in mind, I am not website programming techie...

 

My current production site is 2.2 ms2(heavily modified). Then I figured let me start from scratch with a replacement site based on MNK v2.2 rc2a. So I got the same issue.

 

Then I try upgrading the USPS module to this one on each site(they are both for the same domain)...

Same issue.

 

Any guidance you can provide knowing I am not a programmer and I am looking hopefully for a straight forward answer.

Did you click on the history tab and get one of the newer versions? Go 5.2.2 or higher.

 

Or, you can install the new USPS module that was contributed. The install is a lot easier and faster. But, you'll have to undo everything you did before you install the new one.
