Pay this invoice button?

I may be crazy, ok I am, but I thought I saw a contribution once to add a pay this invoice/order button to the account_history_info.php

 

here is what I would like to do;

 

Step 1. A customer buys stuff, the shipping needs to be manually added.

Step 2. Payment Page will be skipped.

Step 3. Admin will update order with shipping Charges.

Step 4. Customer receives email notification with link "Detailed Invoice: http://www.example.com/catalog/account_history_info.php?order_id=60

Step 5. Customer can click a "pay this invoice/complete order" button that will then run you through the payment process.

 

Did I just dream this up or is there such a contribution? Any suggestions?

You can Pay on Account and Order Editor contributions to accomplish this.
