Error in header_tags.php ?

Does any one have aclue why this error happens? I have 5 customer using the shopping cart and suddenlyas they insert products they get this erro at the check-out;

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function filename_shopping_cart() in /home/vertical/public_html/includes/header_tags.php on line 298

That files does not contain 298 lines. I suggest you check to ensure you have the correct header_tags.php file uploaded to the /includes/ directory.

You probably got the wrong header_tags.php placed there.
