I tried setting up a store with 20,000 items and it ran so slow that PHP would time out. Could have been an overloaded server, though... mouflon Posted March 21, 2003 Share Posted March 21, 2003 One thing that can slow down a site with that many items is showing the count in the categories box. Try turning that off and see if it makes a difference. I'm running one site with about 15,000 items, and it zips along quite nicely.
