mediad Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 Hi, I seem to be having trouble displaying my prices with tax included on the front end as well as the invoice. I have setup a tax rate of 20% with the tax class setup as taxable goods and zone as UK. I have selected taxable goods under tax class in the product page (admin) and also made sure that Display Prices with Tax is set to true within Configuration > My Store. When I view the product on my front end the price shown is Products Price (Net): 3.3250 and not the Products Price (Gross):3.99 and even if I add the product to my cart and checkout the price shown within the checkout_confirmation.php does not show VAT price as well and if i confirm order the invoice will show the prices without the tax and tax shows up as 0.00%. How can this be amended? Are there any other steps that i have missed out? If somebody could please help.

Providing you mean the Store Address and Phone under Configuration, this is showing United Kingdom at the end of the address and 20% does apply to this, so not sure why this just doesnt work. Also the Country under My store shows United Kingdom as well. Thanks once again btw.
Guest Posted January 5, 2012 Posted January 5, 2012 I just spent an annoying 2 hours with this problem. Looked at 30 posts or more, before figuring it out myself. I have no zones within the UK set The problem was in the Tax Zones part. I kicked out all of the other countries following my install, leaving only UK, but in tax zones although the displayed heading i changed to 'UK', then behind it was florida etc. which is loaded with the default configuration So check behind your tax zones, and clck on the drop box for UK Hope that helps
