Error in order editing when using cod payment

Hi,

I have the option set to allow COD, since I do local deliveries, and then people can pay me cash instead of using Paypal. However, I seem to find no way to set the order as paid and delivered.

Also, when using the order editor add-on, the items do not show on the order, though they are processed and reduce the inventory, but it makes it hard to do any editing, since the items do not show. They do show when the order is paid through paypal, so I don't understand why they don't show when using COD
