GregWoods Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Hi, Please can you help me. I am selling a type of cushion online using my os commerce driven website. I only keep one of each design in stock and that detail is entered into the system. However, a customer has purchased a quantity of 2 and the system has allowed this. On checking the cushion's details in admin, the system has let the order go through and then entered the quantity remaining as minus 1. Why has the system not recognised 0? And can I stop this happening in the future? Thanks for any advice you can offer Greg
