contact us page: text field comes back blank

Hi,

I'm running OSCommerce v.2.3.1

Currently testing prior to going live with my site and have found that when I send a message via the contact us page, a message is sent but the e-mail is blank - no text. Not all that familiar with php so having trouble figuring out where to look to find the problem.

 

Overall the installation has gone so very easily; I think I'm down to the last gory details now.
