sml Posted November 23, 2011 Posted November 23, 2011 I have a customer forget her password, when she clicked on "forget password", it asked her to type in her email. It sent for her a new password, but when she enter her email address and a new password had been sent to her, it displayed "Error: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password". So she couldnot login. I also tested out and I had the same issue. Can someone show me how to fix this problem. Thanks. Steve

I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.
