Quantities when ordering not registering

Hi there.

 

I am currently trying to work through some issues on the website www.juggleart.com

 

One issue is a discrepancy that arises on some products when changing the quantity on the order.

 

For example:

PX3-Sirius Trainer when ordering 2 of this item in the ordering process confirmation page, only one shows up. This is obviously a problem for the business.

 

Is this an issue anyone else has noticed?

 

I can't tell you what version of oscommerce juggleart are using. If you could let me know how I can find that out, then I'll be able to post more details.
