I want to set product description in html format or ms-word format i.e font, size, bullet. Please help how can I set.

You can

use either a WYSIWYG editor (link above - there are others too) that you need to install according to instructions

or

type into the products description box any html you want and style it with css

As a workaround, you can type out whatever description you want in MS Word and save it as HTML document. You can then copy that code to the description box in osC.

That's not work. If I copy with format, simply paste as text.

That's why I said, save as HTML. You can then open in Notepad to copy all the text formatted in HTML.

 

Where and how ere you able to install osC? Addons are installed the same way. If you can tell us how you installed it we can instruct you to install the addons as well.
