ok about where can i add my own text to it

James,

Where would you like to add text ? to the Conditions , Shipping and Privacy pages ? If so, you can edit those pages here:

/includes/languages/english/privacy.php

/includes/languages/english/conditions.php

/includes/languages/english/shipping.php

If you want to change the banner in the footer, simply add your own banner from the banner manager in the admin area.
