Can you recommend a Third Party Provider?

We have been using OsCommerce 2.3.1 for a few months, but this is just way over our heads and we are getting much more problems than solutions. Hence we are wondering if there are trustworthy agencies that just take care of configuring this tool once, so we can eradicate all these issues once and for all.

 

Here are some questions:

 

1. What third party provider can you recommend?

2. How much should I expect to pay for services such as:

templates

configuration

3. How can you ensure the data is safe? For example, USPS and Paypal information, as well as passwords.
