Guest Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 I am not computer savvy, and Paypal did their best to assist me, however the shopping cart is still having this error: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /store/ext/modules/payment/paypal/express.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2.2.21 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.21 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.lifescreativejourney.com Port 443 also you can go to the back door on my osc website at www.lifescreativejourney.com/store and add item to cart but them when you click checkout, that's the message I receive. Thanks in advance. Jodylynne- Business Owner Life's Creative Journey L.L.C. [email protected] Quote
Guest Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 Jodylynne, Use your hosting account file manager to ensure that your permissions are set correctly. Additionally, ensure the express.php file IS in the correct directory. Chris Quote
Guest Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 Sorry, I looked at your website after posting my reply and I hate to say it, but you aren't using osCommerce so my reply more than likely won't be of any help, in fact this forum more than likely won't be useful to you. You should contact Amazon for support. Chris Quote
Guest Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 if you go to www.lifescreativejourney.com/store that is the backdoor for my website right now, which is where the problem is located. If you dont use the backdoor it will take you into the main site which is powered by Amazon right now until my website is up and functional and then I will cut off Amazon. If I cannot get Paypal working on my OsCommerce, I will never be able to have my own site. Thanks Quote
