DawnG
Is there any way of sending a different email when a customer is given their 'Dispatch Notification' Ideally I'd like to be able to set up an automatic template containing information about Delivery Times, What to do if something is Delayed/Damaged etc. that is sent once the order is set to Dispatch (but not before). I hope this makes sense :)

DawnG
Thanks G - what I was looking to do is have separate content when they receive the despatch notification. My Orders statuses are: Pending > Processing > Despatched/Partial-Despatch I want to include information in the Despatched and Partial-Despatch notification emails - along the lines of 'Your order has now been despatched, you should receive it shortly... if there's a problem etc.' - but I wouldn't want this included in the Pending and Processing updates. ♥geoffreywalton
Look at some of the order editor add-ons, at least one does exactly this.
