Vol2002 Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 Ok I have spent hours looking for a solution to this with no luck so I am going to give up and ask for help. I have the UPSXML installed and Paypal Express checkout. Everything works fine on normal sized packages, the shipping charge on my site matches what Paypal shows. My problem is that I have some items that for example are 44"x6"x36" at 9lbs and my site calculates them correctly I have checked against UPS's own calculator. But when I click the Paypal Express button It only charges the weight and not for the over-sized package. So for instance I am getting roughly a $48 charge on my website (including insurance) but when I go into Paypal it is only charging $28 because it is not charging for the over-sized package, Any help where to look for a solution would be greatly appreciated.
