Hello,

I hope someone can help me.

I received a notice from 1&1 (my website host) that some updates were going to be performed on my server during the 24th-28th October (no exact day was provided)

"We would like to inform you of an upcoming migration of the 1&1 Web

servers:

In the course of our system maintenance, your 1&1 hosting package will

be migrated to an updated operating environment in the period from 24

October to 28 October 2011 in order to continue to provide you with

the best and most secure environment for your hosting package.

This does not require any preparation or adjustments on your part,

the migration is fully automated. However, you hosting package will

not be available between 8:00 AM and 06:00 PM for about 5-10 minutes.

Subsequently, all applications will be available as usual.

For technical reasons, we cannot specify the exact migration date."

Updates: Apache 2.2, Python 2.6, Perl 5.10.1

Today my shopping cart is broken, when I click on the add to cart button or use the buy now buttons I receive a 404 error.

It appears to be a directory/redirect error as it tries to goto this url https://www.consolewerks.co.uk/catalog//catalog/shopping_cart.php?sort=2a&osCsid=c72235ce6c0bde3348749a053340c93f

but my main cart url is this https://www.consolewerks.co.uk/catalog/

The problem seems to be this extra //catalog directory, I've not made any changes to the site recently and this issue has just started today.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Is 1&1 the problem?

Thanks

Lee

Looks like you need to look at the 2 configuration files

catalog/includes/configure.php and catalog/admin/includes/configure.php

Seems like an extra "catalog" is in there.
