Guest
Hello! I got a problem with ssl on my shop. Everything seems to work fine, but first: My customers have to receive a new password after I switch ssl on. And second: My shop is not able to send email with ssl on, but he doesn't give error-output. 'Ein neues Passwort wurde per eMail verschickt' (Mail-Success) is the message, but I never receive it. I really wonder on both. Database is working fine, my categories are listed, and password encryption/validation is not dependent on URL, I think. So why is the old password not valid? Mailing works with sendmail-path: .../qmail-inject, and there's no prob if ssl is off. Thanks for help, heimer.
Guest
...the problem was, everything on a new server, and, maybe, I should start qmail-services to send queued mails ;) The password-prob seems to be no prob anymore, don't know why...
d-woo
Hi Swen, I don't know if you are using Plesk. I moved my site from a dedictated box with PSA2.5 to one using PSA5.0. I can't get my email to work with the Forgotten Password feature. It says that the email was sent...but it never gets delivered. qmail is sending internal mail just fine (orders, etc) Now I'm wondering if customers are getting their receipts. What exactly did you do (to get things working)?
Guest
Hi! The problem I described above was solved by starting the qmail-processes. Now I have another problem, qmail stores external Mail in queue but never delivers them. In the queue list, the sender is anonymous@.(<-dot), but if I view details of one message, the real sender [email protected] appears. I'm using qmail-inject as sendmail-alternative. ps: im not using plesk.
