MoniqueArnheim Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 i am trying to upload a new website banner, and i can not get it to show up. can someone please please please give me a hand because now i have no banner website is www.moniqueaccessories.com it is usually in the 'top' banner section i believe.... please assist!
multimixer Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Usually there is no "top banner" section, default osCommerce has a banner only in the footer It all depends how the template maker did the template, basically 2 ways 1) Using banner manager: In this case you can upload the banner via admin>tools>banner manager, you need to know the "banner group" the banner has to belong too. If you deleted all old banners, then you need to contact the template maker to ask 2) By just using images in a specific folde to feed the banner script. Here probably you need to upload via ftp, possibly also to use some standard image names, again template maker can help All in all, nobody, at least not me, can say exactly how and what, without taking a look at the files First file to look at would be index.php, the setion that is for the front page, close to the bottom of the file My community profile | Template system for osCommerce - New: Responsive | Feedback channel
