songbird Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 After battling with a blank confirmation page for days now, I finally figured out that the paymnt module that I have installed, which is Bank Transfer or Deposit, is causing the problem. When I use any other payment method, the Order Confirmation page appears as normal. However when I use the Transfer method, I get a blank page. Has an entry been left out somewhere? Any ideas as to where I can look to fix this?
Guest Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 Sam, The bank transfer payment module is not included in a default installation. So, which one did you install ? Did you get it from this forum ? If so, is it for the version of osCommerce you are using ? Chris
