Not your everyday tax question

Hi everyone.

I want all my prices listed wiht a decimal place i.e. $89.95

In australia we have a 10% sales tax which needs to be incorporated.

Is it possible to have the 'price you enter' be the total price including sales tax? My understanding is that when you enter a price, it automatically adds the sale tax on to it. This makes it very difficult for me to work out the 'ex tax price' when listing an item so that it appears as $89.95 when including tax.

I understand you can choose to not list sales tax when entering an item, however this is not a path i want to take because many customer will not realise they are paying 10% more than the advertised price before check out.

Secondly, can anyone tell me if its possible to have os commerce automatically round decimals to the nearest .05?

i.e. my shipping appears as 10.01 inc GST. I would prefer it to show as 10.00
