Blank Confirmation Page

Hi there

 

My final "checkout" page on my shop, my Confirmation pqage is coming up blank instead of showing my message and allowing the customer the option to get any new info on the product.

 

Any ideas where I may have "broken" it?

Sam,

 

A 'blank' page means you made a code edit to the checkout_confirmation.php file and have leave 'white space' before or after the PHP tags. Remove the whitespace to correct the issue.

I put a clean copy in both the catalog and the includes/english folder and it is still not working :( any other ideas? I am truly desperate!

Ok, I found the solution:

 

I have the Bank Transfer module loaded, and in there I set the Default Status to be Pending on Checkout, instead of "Default"

 

All fixed, no more blank screen
