Discount Coupons not taking off money unless gift voucher is used?

Hello, had a few problems but nearly got this sorted.

 

I downloaded and installed this: http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/8002

 

It works fine in the admin area etc, i added a discount coupon 10% to test.

 

When i went to cart, the payment modules had been removed and weren't showing. I looked in the admin area for the modules and it showed that none were there, so when clicking on paypal express, it looked like it was still installed and had all the old details. I removed it, and re installed it so it was back.

 

Then i went to add web payments standard, and when i removed it and installed it, it replaced the express one. Long story short, there both there after playing around.

Anyway, when putting in the discount code on the checkout the total looks like so:

 

 

 

Sub total: £3.50

Total: £3.50

Discount Coupon: Test: (£0.35)

 

Thats its, then when going to pay it still shows it as £3.50...

 

However, when adding in a gift voucher code...

 

 

Sub total: £3.50

Total: £3.50

Discount Coupon: Test: (£0.35)

Gift Voucher (-): £1.00

£2.15

 

So there you can see it has taken off the amount that should have been for the coupon...

 

All i can think is that its possibly to do with the order of something?

 

Really stuck on this one! I know its a long a post but is really the final stages of my site! Thanks for any help.

After all this time. Knew it was the order.

 

The sort order for payment total was 4, so it was being displayed before the discount coupon.

 

Didnt think oscommerce worked so systematicly.

 

Changed it to 0 and now it works. Simple now i think about it!
