hughesca Posted October 13, 2011 Posted October 13, 2011 Hello there! The default way OSC handles customer comments makes it extremely difficult to extract ONLY the customers comments from the DB. I figured an easy way to isolate them would be to have it write the same data, to a separate column called customers_comments at the same time it's writing the default comments to the comments column. However, I'm having a problem finding exactly WHERE it's performing this action and in what file? I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this! Much appreciated, Chris
