Changing New Products display in osc 2.3.1

Hello Everybody

 

Here is what I'm trying to achieve (in osc 2.3.1)

 

Apart from the usual goods categories such i.e. 'Items for Sale' I have a category called SOLD.

 

While I would like to have SOLD photos displayed when the SOLD link is pressed I don't want them shown as "New Products for October" as they're obviously not for sale anymore.

 

Is there a way to have this done?
