Left category column BREAK. any help?

Hey guys, I just realized my categories column gets a break when you choose a certain item;

 

Here is my website: www.savingsHUB.com : notice the Home page has no breaks;

 

Now, click on a category on the left, for example; TAG Heuer Watches; http://www.savingshub.com/heuer-watches-c-2.html

 

Notice the break on the left? Now if you go and click on an item, the break disappears... Where can I fix this, what php file would it be?

 

Please help me it has taken me a couple days and I still havent figured it out. Thank you!
