Zoltan Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Hi, In our shop we have two serious problems and and are not be able to fix them jet: - by checking out from the payment page to confirmation, often the procedures switches back to the payment site insteead forward to the confirmation. Not in all cases, not reproduceable. - Another, not reproduceable error is: order can be made completely but in the order and the confirmation , there is missing the tax and the shipping adress, instead there is only a commma in the shipping adress. Example: BELLADONNA.DE ------------------------------------------------------ Bestellnummer: xxx Detailierte Bestellübersicht: xxx Bestelldatum: xxx Artikel ------------------------------------------------------ 1 x Kräuterkerze Wohlstand (16303) = 13.36 € 1 x Money Drawing 20 ml (16264) = 12.52 € ------------------------------------------------------ Zwischensumme: 25.88 € Nachnahme-Aufschlag: 5.00 € Versandkosten Variabel (): 5.83 € enthaltene MwSt. 19%: 1.73 € Summe: 36.71 € Lieferanschrift ------------------------------------------------------ xxx xxx xxx xxx Rechnungsanschrift ------------------------------------------------------ , Zahlungsweise ------------------------------------------------------ Nachnahme (nur Inland) Can anybody help with this?
