Cannot send session cookie

I get this message when I try my new shop and I dont understand what I have to do to make it work - can anybody please help me? I´ve looked at the file but don´t know what to do there. I´ve set all cookies to true in the adminitration tools.

You have either edited a file and left a blank line at the beginning or end of it or it contains invisible characters try entering this in google

I did not do anything in any file - because I don´t understand php - so I did´t even understand your answer - i´m sorry
