global vars - where to look for them?

Hi,

for a change I need to know more about these variables:

function process() {
global $order, $currencies;

Would you know where are they to be find, please? I can´t find the file in which they are registered.

Those are both classes: includes/classes/ order.php and currencies.php. They are instantiated in includes/application_top.php or in the top part of the file that uses that class.
