How to change URL of addon pages?

I have Seo urls 5 and header tag Seo installed, and I have a bunch of addon pages that I created under the info manager tab.

However all of the addon urls appear as:

How do I get rid of that and create urls that I can name myself?

Like:

Thanks!

Bill,

If you use Header Tags SEO you can define proxy pages as well.

I the links for the info manager are correctly "formated" they should be automatically rewritten by USU 5

How can I check and see that the links are properly formatted?

none of them get automatically re-written..

I read that header tags seo + Ultimate seo urls 5 create a bad combination and do not work together properly.

Is this true?

They work fine together as long as the rewrite mode is used in SEO 5. As for the other urls, I don't know a lot about SEO 5 but I think there are two versions: SEO 5 and SEO 5 Pro (or whatever they are called). Only the latter works with rewriting the url's of other contributions, I think. You should post that question in the SEO 5 support thread. Or switch to Ultimate SEO V2.2d and not have to worry about such things.
