pitkin2020 Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 Hello all, Just starting to explore the world of ecommerce and I have been playing around with osCommerce today and Zen cart, although I am preferring osCommerce over zen I do have a few questions that I have struggled to find an answer to. I am currently using godaddy for my hosting and they automatically install version 2.3.1, is it easy to upgrade to the new version or should I just skip godaddys install and start with the new version straight off.?? I need to add attributes to 99% of my listed products (when I list them lol) which will need to be one list for colours and one list for size. I can only find one option for adding these currently where you have to add each attribute and list for each item individually, is there any way of setting the list out and then just adding it at the stage of listing the product?? I'm sure i'll have more questions as time goes lol,i have searched without much success for these answers. Any help is much appreciated.

Version 2.3.1 is the latest stable release. DO NOT use v3.0.2, it is still in development. You can install and use Attributes Sort order and Clone Tool I'm sure i'll have more questions as time goes lol,i have searched without much success for these answers. Any help is much appreciated.
