Which file does the "address book" use to get its details?

Good morning,

I need to have one more detail there at the address book form. It is the form in which a customer has saved his address details, company name and so on for ordering goods. I need to have there one more text area for filling in customer´s company id number.

Which file I add the code to get desired text area displayed at the address book?

The details come from the Database and stored in the address_book table
