kelly236 Posted October 2, 2011 Author Posted October 2, 2011 toyicebear, Thank you so much for helping me I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate your time, I will try that and let you know THANKS A MILLION Kelly
kelly236 Posted October 2, 2011 Author Posted October 2, 2011 Unfortunately that did not work, I'm still seeing 3 instead of 2.5 when I try to edit the order in the admin or look at either the invoice or packing slip, where else can I change it in the data base that you think will fix this? Thank you for your time, I really appreciate it Kelly
♥toyicebear Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 in addition to the db changes, there might also be some code changes required in some of the files. kelly236 Posted October 2, 2011 Author Posted October 2, 2011 OK. it's working now, my mistake, I forgot to change the Length/Values in my database table, but now my problem is I have too many zero's lol! I only need 2.5 and maybe one zero like 2.50 but I have 2.500 so I guess I have to keep playing with it and figure out the combination I followed the instruction in the contribution above that toyicebear sent me but I'm just afraid of playing with the length/ Values, since I'm not sure if that will cause any harm, does anyone know which one I should change ? Thank you Kelly
NodsDorf Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 To fix the 2.500 change your database column attributes to Decimal(X,2) that would give you 2.50 The instructions have several columns that say they changed. decimal(15,3) (11,3) (5,3) the second number after the comma indicates how many 0's to display so substitute as needed.
kelly236 Posted October 2, 2011 Author Posted October 2, 2011 NodsDorf, Thank you so very much for taking time to help me, I really appreciate your time and help Have a great Day! Kelly
