Quanity integer and invoice question

Hi everyone,

 

I'm selling fabrics online and notice that people can order 2.5 yards of fabrics from my cart, but the invoice shows a 3 instead of 2.5 is there any way I can fix this in the invoice, Thank you in advance for any help or direction.

I've also noticed the right quantity ordered which is 2.5 doesn't show up when I try to edit the customers info on the order.php page, invoice or packing slip, it still shows 3 not what the customer ordered which is 2.5 yards, can anyone please help me with this, my site is live, I really need to figure this out
