i have installed oscom ok, now what do i do to allow customers to create their accounts?

I don't know what i should do after the basic install of oscommerce.

 

for instance, how would users of my website see the oscommerce pages buried inside it?

And how would such users create a customer account and record their details?

 

Also, the install which i did seems to have a lot of products already there by default. They are not releant for my business, so how do i edit such items and put in my services for sale etc?
