Action Recorder problem after upgrade to php v5.3

The issue is that I can't remove old entries, that is action recorder do not perform the action expire.

 

Its a RC2a site upgraded as per github. I have checked the upgrade 2 times, I case I missed somthing.

 

Could not find anything at all.

 

Is there someone who knows how to fix this?
