Add Banner/picture under product description page

Hi,

 

Please check the attachment. My web master put a banner in that location. It is right above the footer. I want to remove that Banner/picture there. What file should I edit? thanks a lot.

From banner manager in admin, you can disable/replace that banner. (providing your developer added the proper code)

Actually, my web master (he is gone now) has hard coded the banner at that area. I want to remove it. But I need to know which file I should edit. thanks a lot.
