Intuit Payment Gateway For OSC2.3

I need an Intuit payment module for OSCommerce 2.3. I found a PHP toolkit at the Innovative website.

If someone can write a v2.3 payment model that works I would appreciate it. If compensation is needed please let me know the cost.
