Trouble with download products/paypal/cart

Hi,

 

I'm setting up a shop to sell MP3 files my customers make - I'm a recording Studios - and have set download to true, setup a paypal account for my business (though on paypal.com and I'm in England) and all seem to go well until you get to the end of paying on paypal, when you click the final "purchase" in paypal, I am sent back to my shop, but logged out, and it says "your shopping cart is empty!". I log back in, the product is still in my basket, and checking paypal no transaction has occurred.

 

Can anyone help on this? Running version 2.3.1.

Ensure your return URL is to the checkout_process.php file.
