Guest Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 I enabled file downloads in my store, but when the item is added to the cart it has a price of 0. i have no idea where to start or what is going on... HELP!!

Guest Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 I have US Dollar set as the default and it is the only one I have installed. Don't know if this is related or not but if I hit the update currency button I get errors. Weird thing is all my other products prices are fine.

Guest Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Figured it our... was following a guide online that said to skip the prefix box, when I add a'+' to the prefix with a value of 0.0 it worked perfectly.
